How do I book my sleepover experience?
Fill out the Book Your Sleepover form with your name, date, theme and if you require setup services. A sleepover experience is booked once:
Your contract has been signed
$100 deposit has been paid
Your damage deposit has been paid
When is final payment due?
Final payment and the damage deposit is due seven (7) days prior to your event.
Is there a damage deposit and is it refundable?
The damage deposit amount is 50% of the total rental cost and is fully refundable. The deposit will be held until after the event is over and all rental items have been inspected. The deposit will be returned in part or full dependent upon any damages or loss that has occurred. Any damages that exceed the deposit will be billed to the client and must be paid within 24 hours. An itemized list of damages will be provided.
Damage deposits will be returned within seven (7) days upon the return of all items.
How long are rentals for?
Our packages are one-night rentals only. Each additional night is $25 per tent.
For self-setup, we allow flexible pickup times. Pickup and drop off times will be agreed upon when finalizing your booking.
For setup services, we will require anywhere from 60 to 90 minutes to setup the day of your sleepover. Takedown will occur the next day before 2 PM. Setup and takedown dates and times will be agreed upon when finalizing your booking.
What method of payment do you accept?
You will receive an invoice via email and we are only accepting e-transfers at this time.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made ten (10) days prior to the sleepover date will receive a full refund of deposits paid.
Cancellations made less than ten (10) days prior to the sleepover date will not receive a refund. However, any funds paid to-date may be applied to the cost of another sleepover held within ninety (90) days of the original party date.
How much space is required for setup?
Each tent and mattress requires 4 ft x 6 ft of space to setup.
Is there a minimum number of tents required per rental?
Our packages require a minimum of two tents per rental.
Do I have to clean the equipment prior to returning it?
No, leave the cleaning to us. Please do not attempt to clean our equipment. We make sure everything is cleaned and sanitized upon return. We wash the linens with ECOS laundry detergent.
Are there any rules regarding the use of the tents?
Food and drink: We ask that only light snacks, like popcorn and pretzels, be eaten in the tents. Please avoid sticky and dark coloured food and drinks that may stain or damage our linens. The Client will be responsible for the cost of cleaning fees and/or replacing any damaged items.
Pets: Please keep the tents and mattresses pet free. Their paws/claws may puncture the mattresses or rip the fabrics.
Are pillows provided?
We do not provide pillows to sleep on. Our pillows are strictly for decorative purposes only. Each guest will need to supply and use their own sleeping pillow.
Can tents be used outdoors?
The tents are strictly for indoor use only.
